St. Paul's Community Church
This mural at St. Paul's is based upon the scriptural references of the 12 steps and faces the courtyard of our neighborhood church.

St. Paul’s Community Church is where Building Bridges first began in Summer of 2004. We created a mural for a large wall in the courtyard of the church which explored the biblical scriptures that are the roots of the 12 step programs. The imagery within the mural was all done from congregants and community members modeling for the mural in poses invented to represent the passages of the 12 steps. 8 youth from Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries after school program worked with artists Alexis Thynne and Katherine Chilcote to learn the mural making process. |

The mural for St. Pauls Community Church was supported by the Cleveland Foundation, Federated Church, Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries, and many neighbors and local businesses.
